Reporting time at school is 7:55 AM in summers and 8:55 AM in winters. Late comers and those who are not in proper neat and clean uniform will be sent back home.
All students should bring their text books and exercise books to school according to their time table.
Valuable articles are not allowed in the school premises and the school is not responsible for any loss or damage.
The Guardians of the pupils are liable to pay or replace any damage to school property caused by their ward, without any delay/dispute.
Parents / Guardians must arrange to collect their wards in time. The sch cannot be held responsible for the safety of the pupils after the school hour.
Parents/Guardians are not allowed to visit teachers in the classes. The school incharge is to be contacted for arranging a meeting or for clarification. Meeting with teachers may be arranged on the 1st and 3rd working Saturday between 8:15 AM and 9:00 AM.
Politeness and good conduct on the part of students / teachers is very important. Students and staff should always be polite to each other. Abusive language, shouting and screaming is not allowed in the school premises.
Report / Assessment Cards of progress, together with the answer file must returned to school after the signature of the parents / guardians within next 2 or 3 days of having received the file.
A month's notice is required by the school before the withdrawal of student one month's fee in lieu thereof. The School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after clearing all school dues and paying nominal charges for the issuance of school leaving certificate.
The school reserves the right to relinquish the charge of those students whose progress or conduct is unsatisfactory.
Students may be expelled from the school on the following grounds.
(a) Non-payment of school fee/dues and other arrears.
(b) Long absence.
(c) Unsatisfactory progress in academics and other work.
(d) Misconduct or indiscipline.
